Free pilot for 2 teams — October 2026

Workflow automation for freelancers: less admin, more time for real work.

I connect the tools you already use and remove the manual steps between leads, clients, email, proposals and reports. We start with one workflow. Just one.

No 40-page audit. No slides. One real workflow.

One workflow, not an endless project
  1. Enquiry
  2. Qualify
  3. Task
  4. Folder
  5. Reply
  6. CRM

It's not a discipline problem

If you type the same data twice, the problem isn't you. It's the process.

You don't lack work. You lack time. More clients means more hours of copy-paste, reminders and spreadsheets only you understand.

Sound familiar?

  • You copy the same contact into three places.
  • You rebuild the same report every month, from scratch.
  • You chase follow-ups instead of working.

Your workflow today

  • Forms
  • Email
  • Sheets
  • CRM
  • You, the human cable
  • Tasks
  • Drive
  • Chat
  • Invoices
Every tool works. You're the cable in between.

What we can automate

Where time usually leaks

I start from what you do every week. Technology comes later.

  • Leads and enquiries

    Form / email / DM → CRM + task

    What changes

Enquiries arrive sorted. You just decide what to reply.

  • Client onboarding

    Signature → questions, folder, checklist

    What changes

The client gets the right questions. You stop forgetting step four.

  • Follow-ups

Silence after a proposal → reminder

    What changes

It tells you who to chase, with the history in front of you. You write the message.

  • Proposals and reports

    Data entered once → reused

    What changes

Type it once, find it in the proposal and the report.

  • Operations

    Your tools → connected

    What changes

You keep your tools. What moves between them changes.

How I work

Small, testable. Then we'll see.

Understand the problem first. Then decide whether to build.

  1. Find the bottleneck

One call. Which workflow eats the most hours?

  2. Map it

Who touches what, where it's duplicated, where it breaks.

  3. Build one small piece

On your tools. Often n8n, sometimes a few lines of Python.

  4. Check it helps

In your real work, not in a demo.

  5. Grow it only if it works

If it doesn't hold up, we say so and stop.

  • No forced replatforming.
  • No automation for show.
  • If it's not worth it, I'll tell you.

Example workflow

From form to ready client, no copy-paste

Illustrative example, not a case study

The workflow

  1. Form submitted
  2. Qualify
  3. Task
  4. Client folder
  5. First reply
  6. CRM updated

Before

  • You copy the data into the CRM by hand.
  • You create task and folder by hand.
  • You hope you remember the follow-up.

After

  • The data is already in the CRM.
  • Task and folder are already there.
  • The follow-up is on the calendar. You just reply.

AI: where it helps and where it doesn't

It helps to

  • sort and summarise enquiries;
  • prepare drafts.

You decide

  • clients, prices, deadlines;
  • what goes out in your name.

Who it's for

Not for everyone. Better to say it now.

A fit if

  • You have a workflow that repeats every week.
  • You already use some tools, even if they don't talk.
  • You want to fix the process, not just hide it.

Skip it if

  • You want a chatbot on your site and that's it.
  • You want to "do AI" without knowing what for.
  • You want a huge project without a clear problem.

Who's behind this

No consultant talk

I've seen too many elegant solutions nobody uses. I built a couple of them myself.

Full stack developer, Computer Engineering student (intelligent systems), past life in a small software company with few resources and lots of fires. I use AI to work better, not to skip the skills.

  • Not every problem needs AI.
  • A good automation keeps working when I'm not around.

FAQ

Questions before we start

Where do we start?

With a workflow you repeat often and hate. We look at it on a call and decide if it's worth it.

Do I have to change the tools I use?

Rarely. I work on what moves between tools. If a tool is the problem, I'll tell you.

Can we automate without AI?

Yes, and it's often better. Clear rules and integrations solve more than you'd think.

Will AI make decisions for me?

No. It drafts and tidies up. Decisions stay with you.

How structured does my process need to be?

Not perfect, it just has to exist. If it only lives in your head, we write it down together.

What does the free pilot include?

2 spots until October 2026. I map one workflow, propose a change and, if it makes sense, build a first automation. It's not a full project for free. In return I share the journey as a case study, only with what you approve.

What happens after the pilot?

Your call. We continue with a clear quote, or I hand everything over so you can run it yourself. No obligation.

Do you only work with Italian freelancers?

No. I work remotely, in English or Italian.
